These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jr66 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the jr66 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players, visitors, and any other individual who accesses the site in any capacity. jr66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To register and use the jr66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jr66 will not accept registrations from persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and use. jr66 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must register using your own personal details. Registration using false, incorrect, or another person's identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from jr66 or subject to a suspension or ban imposed by jr66 for any prior violation of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are under guardianship orders are not permitted to use the Platform.

jr66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any time will result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending review.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the jr66 Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — are prohibited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes. The following account security obligations apply to all registered users:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify jr66 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. jr66 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — up to date. jr66 will use these details to send account notifications, verification codes, and promotional communications.
• jr66 may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This may include submission of a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other documents confirming your identity and age. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in account restrictions.

jr66 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to transfer or forfeit any balances held in a duplicate account where evidence of multi-accounting is confirmed. Players found to be operating multiple accounts may be permanently banned from the Platform.

All financial transactions on the jr66 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jr66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may be reversed without notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review. jr66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that the payment account to which funds are being withdrawn belongs to the registered account holder before releasing any withdrawal.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set by jr66 and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts similarly apply. These minimums are subject to change at jr66's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Funds deposited into your jr66 account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform only. jr66 accounts are not interest-bearing and do not function as bank accounts or electronic money accounts.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, except where jr66 permits an alternative method at its discretion. Attempts to withdraw to an unverified or third-party payment method will be declined.

jr66 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jr66 may withhold funds pending investigation and, if fraud or Terms violations are confirmed, may forfeit those funds and close the associated account.

jr66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit only and may not be claimed more than once per player, per household, or per device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. It is the player's responsibility to review these conditions before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• jr66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotions, or where a player is found to have provided false information in connection with a bonus claim.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from satisfying the applicable wagering requirement on those bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

jr66 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Promotional offers are discretionary and may change without prior notice.

jr66 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to supporting responsible gaming practices among all platform users. The following measures are in place as part of jr66's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit limits: All registered players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Self-exclusion: Any player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, no deposits will be accepted, and no promotional material will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jr66 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited. jr66 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law or where criminal activity is suspected:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different name, contact details, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or using funds that are derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, misconfiguration, or pricing error on the Platform to place bets or withdraw funds at terms that are clearly erroneous and not representative of normal market conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational gaming.

jr66 uses automated and manual fraud-detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and, where applicable, referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the jr66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of jr66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content or material on the Platform without the prior written consent of jr66. Unauthorised use of any jr66 intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jr66 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss:

• Gaming losses, including losses resulting from bets placed on the Platform, regardless of whether those losses arise from normal gameplay, a technical fault, or any other cause.
• Any loss arising from interruption of service, system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or other technical failures that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even where jr66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

jr66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary rules or policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Responsible Gaming Policy and the Bonus Policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account use or verification.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of automated software, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by jr66, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements as set out in Section 1.

Where an account is closed by jr66 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds held in that account may be withheld or forfeited at jr66's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any balance remaining after settlement of all active bets will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

jr66 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, and use of the Platform. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which they are used, and the rights that players hold in respect of their data are described in full in the jr66 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

jr66 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between players' devices and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using secure cryptographic hashing and are not visible to jr66 staff. jr66 does not sell or share player personal data with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

jr66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jr66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact details on the affected account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Continued use of the jr66 Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting jr66 support.
